Queenstown Schools Cricket Carnival 2026

Seddon Cricket Club have been invited to enter a team at the annual Queenstown Schools Cricket Carnival.

The standard of cricket is to a competitive First XI standard. This is a good opportunity for players seeking a quality cricket experience and are motivated to enhance their cricket skills and knowledge while creating long-lasting friendships.

Who can play

Seddon Cricket Club Emerging Players XI (U16 - U18)

Programme

Sun 12th January - Fly to Queenstown from Auckland

Mon 13th January - Seeding 20/20 Games + All-Stars T10 game

Tues 14th January - 110 over declaration cricket game

Wed 15th January - 110 over declaration cricket game

Thurs 16th January - 40 over game plus prizegiving

Fri 17th January - Fly to Auckland from Queenstown

Package Cost

$3,500 per player which includes:

  • Return air flights

  • 5 night’s accommodation at Pinewood Lodge

  • Breakfasts, lunches, dinners & snacks

  • Minivan transport

  • Playing uniform, playing cap, off-field polo & shorts, club blazer and tie


Fundraising

All players will have the opportunity to raise money through a fundraising scheme that is organised specifically by Seddon Cricket Club.
